What is the process like when couples work with Rosemary’s Catering?

We understand that menu planning can be a little overwhelming! We start with the style of service they’re interested in (buffet, plated, family style or stations) in order to narrow the search a little. From there, we provide a menu packet with several options and ask the client to let us know what stands out to them. We’ll curate a custom menu based on their selections and then tweak it until they’re happy with all the items!

What types of interactive culinary stations do you offer?

Guests love watching a chef at work, so our interactive stations can really enhance the guest experience. Our most popular stations are the pasta sauté, where the chef will create a custom pasta dish, and the Asian noodle cart, where the chefs are presenting dishes in tiny take-out boxes. Clients are starting to get adventurous though! Our poke bowls and ceviche stations are growing in popularity.

Tell us about your family-style service option:

Family style is a great blend between buffet and plated. Guests get the plated element with servers bringing food to the table, but they get to serve themselves just like they would at the dinner table with their family. We try to combine the proteins with a side dish so guests don’t have to pass around four or five large platters. This style is definitely trending at the moment, so we’ve worked hard to perfect the timing and ensure our clients receive the best quality of service!
